Technical Dictionary License

This is for a discussion page on the license policy we should adopt for the technical dictionary.

Here are some issues, please discuss:

• For now, the whole wiki is GPL, I'm not sure if it allows different license per page. Does it?
• The final product should be released in as unrestrictive license as possible, Public Domain most likely. Any objections?
• While working on it, it probably stays GPL, the only issue I see is whether contributors will not agree with removing the license when releasing. I am not a lawyer, nor a license expert. Opinions are welcome.
