Sep 19, 2001: WinCVS HOWTO in Arabic
Isam Bayazidi has written a nice mini HOWTO for WinCVS in Arabic. WinCVS is a MS-Windows CVS client program that you can use to submit your work to the Arabeyes CVS repository. However, it is strongly adviced to use Unix-based cvs clients. The WinCVS HOWTO is a good starting point for those who do their translation work under MS-Windows.
