Aug 09, 2002: Katoob ver 0.2 Released
Arabeyes would like to announce the release of Katoob version 0.2. Katoob is a small text editor for *NIX operating systems, based on the GTK+ library 2.0.

- Prefrences dialog
- katoob can now read from the stdin `cat foo | katoob -'
- A menu option to save window attributes when exit
- A menu item to show/hide the toolbar
- The toolbar can now be text only, icons only, or both
- A menu item to show/hide the statusbar
- In addition to the new configuration file layout, code optimization and of course the Arabic translation
- No need to set the Codepage in the environmental variables to display the Arabic interface
- The main window now has an icon "similar to that in the about box"
