Arabeyes would like to note the release of QaMoose version 1.4

QaMoose is an English-Arabic user-defined dictionary that is meant to be used by translators and technical writers in order to establish and retain a consistency in the terms used.

Changes since 1.3:

• An Arabic virtual keyboard was added (javascript)
• Charity note added to license file
